Our product exchange policy aims to provide the customer with complete security regarding the products purchased in our store. Free products are not exchangeable under any circumstances. All our products are warranted against manufacturing defects. We also carry out product exchanges that came in different from that ordered by the customer. If you receive a product from us that has a manufacturing defect or is different from what you ordered, follow these steps to make the exchange: 1- Inform our team about the problem through our STORE EMAIL by sending clear photos of the defective product or wrong product you received within 3 days of receipt. Please note, we do not exchange or refund after this time. 2- Your complaint will be reviewed in a maximum of 2 business days and, if the problem is found, we will contact you via email and you can choose one of the following: - Receive a refund of the amount paid. - Receive a new product like the one ordered. - Receive a product of similar value. - Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use for future purchases. We will not exchange products of inappropriate size for the customer: We provide measurements in centimeters of our products so there is no error in choosing the size. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation on the shopkeeper to make exchanges for reasons of consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other hypothesis. The customer's right under the consumer protection code is to exchange only in the case of defective products.
